Shadowing/Mentoring Program:

What is the Shadowing/Mentoring program?

The CSA shadowing/mentoring program is an opportunity for college students to experience a day in the life of a seed industry company employee. This program gives students the chance to connect with experienced seed industry personnel to build on their agricultural knowledge base and expose them to the many career paths available. The goal is to showcase the variety of careers available within the California seed industry. This program helps cultivate a new generation of employees coming into the industry.
